What or who inspired you to start making music?

• At around the age of 10, I first discovered bands like Linkin Park and Limp Bizkit, and was daydreaming of playing guitar on big stages all the time. A few years later I finally bought my first real guitar and gradually taught myself to play songs by ear.

 

What inspires you the most in your daily life? Why?

• I listen to podcasts, audiobooks, and a ton of music which inspire me to grow, learn, and become a better person and musician every day.

 

Where do you feel the most centered and happy?

• When I'm out hiking in the woods with my girlfriend on a clear sunny winter day without anyone around. That would be my happy place.

 

If you could live anywhere, where would it be? Why?

• Something like a modern a-frame cabin in the middle of the woods would be awesome! I'd built a remote recording studio and enjoy the peaceful nature sounds.

 

What do you wish you could tell yourself five years ago?

• Don't compare yourself to others so much and try to enjoy the journey more instead of being laser-focused on a goal. Because once you've reached a goal you're already looking at another one. Stop caring so much about what others might think of you.
