What's one thing about you that surprises people?

• Aside from music I work professionally in the video game industry as a sound designer. People often assume that I live exclusively from music, but I don’t, and I like having the balance of creating sounds for games and making beats. It's inspiring and I feel privileged of having the chance to do both at the moment.

 

What is your creative process like when making music?

• It varies but usually, I start with looping a chord progression on the piano and then build from there. I often try to record a couple of percussions and build a little homemade drum beat around the chords. Then, when the loop is working, I structure the whole thing and find a nice melody. 

 

What is your favorite season and why?

• I would say, Autumn, especially September. I love nature's colors, and the temperatures, and I feel it's the perfect time to prepare a cup of tea and find inspiration to work on some music.

 

If you could tell every person in the world one thing, what would it be?

• Enjoy each and every moment of life. Every day is a new challenge and opportunity to discover something new.

 

Where do you feel the most centered and happy?

• Surfing the ocean gets me pretty centered. There is something meditative about this sport that is quite unique in addition to being connected with nature. It makes me happy and relaxed at the same time.
